Our recipes originate from a collection of training passed on from our late owner, Sherrie Rossi. Originally from Port Huron, Michigan, Sherrie gathered experience and influence as she and her family moved across the country. Their years found them in Denver & different parts of California before setting roots in Southern California. Wherever they landed, family & good food remained the center of their foundation.
Opening in 1981, Rizzo's has since been the tangible piece of all of her hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Today, her recipes and values hold true as the restaurant remains family-operated by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
